We are delighted to share some exciting free opportunities for students to get involved in dance, drama, and musical theatre with Burton and South Derbyshire College.
We have two options available. Both options are completely free and provide an excellent opportunity for young people to build confidence, develop creative skills, and experience the performing arts in a supportive, professional environment.
Option 1 – October Half Term Workshop
- Monday 27th October 2025
- 9:30am – 2:30pm (with a 30-minute lunch break – participants to bring their own packed lunch)
- Burton and South Derbyshire College, Lichfield Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 3RL
- For Year 10 and 11 students
Option 2 – Free Workshops in Your School (or at BSDC)
We can also deliver free workshops directly in your school or host them at our college.
✔ Available for Year 9, 10 and 11 students
✔ Sessions in Dance, Acting or Musical Theatre
✔ Focus on developing performance skills and engaging with external companies
✔ Dates and times are flexible and can be arranged to suit your timetable
