This week our Year 10 Geography pupils visited Birmingham city centre, which over the years has transformed into a modern urban city, to collect fieldwork for their Paper 3 Exam.
Across the two-day visit, Mrs Findon and other staff members took five classes to investigate the city’s regeneration projects. Pupils focused on gathering data in key locations across the city. They conducted footfall counts, completed quality surveys to evaluate the area’s conditions, and interviewed members of the public.
Well done to all our pupils for showing respect, perseverance and integrity throughout the trip. It was great to see so many developing their research skills & methods whilst showing teamwork and communication with peers and members of the public.
