Thank you to Mrs Smoker for organising a fantastic MFL trip for the Year 12 French A-Level students on Wednesday 3rd December.
Mrs Smoker commented ‘our Y12 French students enjoyed a fantastic, immersive event at HOME in Manchester led by the co-founder of FILTA and lecturer from Manchester Metropolitan University. Following a screening of ‘L’Histoire de Souleymane’ they spent the afternoon focusing on key aspects of the film, entirely in French.’
It was a great opportunity for Dan C, Max A, Maia D, Manon V, Ellisia R, Olivia S & Tilly G, who all agreed it was an incredible learning experience.
