
The school are in the early stages of moving our online payment provider from Parentpay to align with our MIS system – MCAS (My Child At School – mobile app). This will allow for a more streamlined parental experience as payments and school information will be together in one app, and reduce the issue of logging in to another platform.
The system is expected to go live from September 2026, this will be for all school payments including dinner monies, trips, off-site PE lessons, music lessons and school shop items etc.
A letter will be coming out to parents after Easter, with information on withdrawing existing balances from Parentpay back to their own bank accounts. Any monies already paid for school dinners (positive and negative balances) will be migrated over into MCAS at the end of the summer term. Can we please encourage all parents to monitor your existing Parentpay account and clear any negative balances, and try to keep balances to a minimum at the end of the summer term to make the migration as seamless as possible.
