This half-term, Miss Senior, Sports & Community Ambassador Co‑ordinator, has continued building partnerships with local primary schools by organising a range of exciting sporting sessions and workshops for the primary pupils to attend.
Events ran for different year groups and included; Y3&4 Dodgeball | Y5&6 Dodgeball | Y3&4 Tri-Golf | Y1&2 Multi-skills Festival.
As always, Miss Senior was incredibly impressed with the JTHS Sporting Young Ambassadors and Year 12 Sports Leaders in the way they interacted so well with the Primary School pupils and led the activities. Miss Senior, Sports & Community Ambassador Co‑ordinator, said ‘it is great to see our students being pro-active and taking on leadership responsibilities for the primary pupils. They have continued to show fantastic interpersonal skills and have demonstrated our school’s core values in abundance. The primary pupils have shown an incredible amount of enthusiasm and we are looking forward to welcoming them back next half-term. Well done to you all.’
