Would you like the opportunity to represent our school in a JTMAT-wide History competition?
Information of the competition has been uploaded on Go 4 Schools.
We are looking for eight pupils to form a team and take part in a special project at the National Memorial Arboretum on the 5th of November during school hours.
The team will select one of the memorials at the National Memorial Arboretum and work together to research and deliver a presentation explaining its history, meaning and importance.
If you would like to be considered, please submit one A4 page explaining:
- Why you would like to take part.
- What remembrance means to you.
- What qualities you could bring to the team.
Your completed application must be handed in to the History Office by Friday 11 September.
Eight pupils will be selected. Successful applicants will receive an email by 4:00pm on Friday 11 September confirming the next steps.
