This is an annual competition which is open to anyone living in the Burton and District area who is not a professional photographer or affiliated to any photographic society and we have separate competitions for adults and Under 18s.
You don’t have to have expensive camera equipment. The cameras on modern smartphones are capable of taking some fantastic shots so this is something that many of your students would be able to take part in. The best pictures are put on display alongside our own work at our Annual Exhibition in November where the winners will also be awarded prizes by The Mayor of Burton.
