The Sports Hall was filled with excitement as teachers and pupils gathered to celebrate and say farewell to our fantastic Year 11’s. Miss Archer, Head of Year, opened the assembly and set a positive tone by reflecting on this cohort’s journey at JTHS.
Each form tutor then shared heartfelt messages and core moments from their time together in form which brought lots of laughter among the pupils. These memories celebrated the pupil’s growth over the years and showed the incredible relationships between both pupils and the teachers.
The assembly ended with ice cream and an opportunity for pupils to sign shirts; a JTHS tradition! We wish our Year 11 pupils every success in their future endeavors. Teachers are looking forward to catch-up with everyone at the year 11 Prom on Thursday 2nd July and at GCSE results day on Thursday 20th August!
