This week’s Hot Chocolate with the Head celebrated many pupils who demonstrated the school’s core values: kindness, integrity, perseverance and respect. Here are the achievements we proudly recognised.

Perseverance – Adam in Year 9. Adam was nominated by Mr. Markwell for his outstanding commitment to kayak racing. He competed in three different competitions, including an international event in Belgium and finished with a medal in each. Adam’s consistent training and determination are excellent examples of perseverance. Well done Adam!
Kindness – Amy in Year 10. Miss Sears nominated Amy for showing kindness while navigating a challenging situation. Amy demonstrated maturity and provided support at a time many would have found stressful. Her calm, compassionate response reflected the school’s value of kindness. Well done Amy!
Perseverance and Integrity – Hannah in Year 13. Miss Evans nominated Hannah after she was awarded a place in the England Under 18s development squad for rugby. This achievement reflects both Hannah’s perseverance in training and her integrity on and off the field. We wish Hannah every success as she continues to develop her talent.
Perseverance in Art Excellence. Miss Clayton nominated a group of pupils who won several titles in the Art category at the Alrewas Show. Their work used a range of mediums and impressed the judges and the art department alike. Congratulations to:
