Careers: Introduction to NHS Health Careers (Y10-13)

The “Introduction to NHS Health Careers” will be an interactive and informative 5 day programme aimed at students in Years 10 – 13. Please click on the link to view highlights from this year’s programme: Introduction to NHS Health Careers Work Experience Programme

The programme will be available on the following dates and students are invited to apply for one week only (it will be the same programme for each week). Students who are successful in gaining a place are expected to attend for the full 5 days.

Week 1: 22nd June to 26th June 2026 | Week 2: 29th June to 3rd July 2026

The venue for both of these dates will be at: Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, St George’s Hospital, Corporation Street, Stafford, ST16 3SR.

Each week will showcase a range of job roles within the NHS. This programme is being held in an educational environment. There will be no access to patients or ward settings during this week however it will be informative and interactive. Expert Healthcare Staff will be joining us from a variety of teams from across the Trust, including medical, nursing, allied health professionals, psychology, pharmacy and more.  

We are also excited for students to engage in interactive activities in our new simulation suite, hosted by our professionals.
