If you’re looking for apprenticeship opportunities within the finance sector, then our Career Shapers Finance (Inspiring Women) Programme is for you.
This programme offers a practical and engaging experience designed to help you deepen your understanding of careers within finance. You will hear directly from our people, including female leaders at the firm, discover more about Deloitte, and learn what it’s like to work in our Audit & Assurance or Tax teams. You will also build the skills that employers look for through interactive activities.
Our Career Shapers Programme can open new opportunities within the firm. After you’ve completed your programme, you could convert to our Brightstart apprenticeship programme in Audit & Assurance or Tax – an opportunity to learn, earn, and build a real career from day one.
Who’s it for?
We have opportunities for students currently at sixth form or college in the following years:
- Year 12 in England or Wales
- Year 13 in Northern Ireland
- S5 in Scotland
You’ll also need to be studying towards at least 104 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (or equivalent).

When and where does it take place?
Our Career Shapers Finance (Inspiring Women) programme is a three-day programme, taking place from Tuesday 17th February – Thursday 19th February 2026. This programme will be delivered virtually, meaning you can participate from anywhere in the UK.
