Join Capula’s Degree Apprenticeship Programme – Junior Engineer Role

We have vacancies for a motivated student to join our Degree Apprenticeship Programme starting 7th September 2026.

🔧 Role: Junior Engineer
📍 Location: Capula HQ, Stone, Staffordshire
📅 Schedule: 4 days/week at Capula + 1 day/week studying at Staffordshire University
🎓 Course: Embedded Electronic Systems Design & Development Engineer (Level 6)
📄 Contract: Full-time, permanent from day one


💼 Industry: Automation, Control & IT Solutions – working with major clients in Nuclear, Power Generation, Utilities, and Oil & Gas

This is a fantastic opportunity for a student passionate about engineering and technology to gain hands-on experience while earning a degree.

Entry Requirements:

  • BTEC Level 3 or Extended Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related subject
  • OR 3 A-Level passes at grade C or above in relevant subjects
  • OR currently part-way through a higher apprenticeship
